SAP
Our SAP Department performs various tasks in the field of consulting, programming, user support, authorization and project management. A very important task of the Department is the implementation and maintenance of logistic solutions. We work mainly based on the following technologies: SAP S/4 HANA, ABAP, Fiori, WM, EWM.
INFRASTRUCTURE & CYBERSECURITY
The Infrastructure Department is responsible for the areas of networks, servers, database administration, user support and cybersecurity. As part of its tasks, it very often cooperates internationally in order to implement solutions applicable in all Arvato branches around the world.
DIGITAL & DATA
The Digital & Data department creates various applications and programming solutions for Arvato's internal needs. Within the Department there are, among others, programming teams, RPA, EDI and BI. In addition, the Department carries out tasks in the field of research and development (R&D) by introducing new technologies that improve processes in our warehouses.

What is the standard recruitment process like?

In most cases, recruitment is carried out in two stages. In the first place, it is a contact with the recruiter who will conduct an initial basic interview and answer any questions. In the second stage, there is a meeting with a potential supervisor and an HR representative. If necessary, it is possible to propose the next step. Depending on the possibilities, we meet remotely or on site in our office in Poznań.
Is remote work possible?

If you prefer stationary work, a place in our office in Poznań will certainly be waiting for you, but in the vast majority of positions we also enable remote or hybrid cooperation. Details on the available work models for a given position are always included in our advertisements.
What language will I work in?

Communication within our company takes place in Polish, and in the case of cooperation with foreign Arvato branches, the applicable language is English.
Will I be often on a business trip as part of the cooperation?

It depends on the tasks performed in a given position, but business trips are usually very rare.
Can I work part-time?

It is standard at Arvato to enter into full-time cooperation. However, we are always open to talks in this regard
Under what contract can I cooperate?

The form of cooperation depends on the nature of the tasks performed in a given role, but in most of cases it is possible to cooperate both under an employment contract and a B2B contract. The available forms of cooperation for a given position are always included in our advertisements.
